Cancer Type: UTERINE
Diagnosis: Papillary serous endometrious adecarcinoma Stage Iv, Hysterectomy Nov. 24, 1999

Recurrence since last written in this shared cancer experience. Have done well for the past 3 years, but CA 125 markers were going up, and finally we had to do surgery again. 2 Tumors were removed, 4.0 cm. and a cupful of dead tissues and dead lymph nodes were taken out from left pelvis. Went back to work in 11 days this time, not 5, which was supposed to be out for 6 weeks.

This time no diagnosis was made, since the first diagnosis I was supposed to have died last timel
Chemo Drugs: Took my first carboplatin last Thurs. and the doctors weren't quite sure of how many this time.
Treatment:
Quality of Life: Quality of life, is okay. Had metaport put in this week, and had a bad cold. Am tired, but feel okay.
Information Gathering:
General Comments: Am taking flaxseed oil and cottage cheese, taking Royal Tonga Limu and other vitamins plus the chemo. Right now the CA markers are 214. Let's pray that the carboplatin will do it's job.
